9Round Kickboxing Fitness offers a 30-minute kickboxing-themed fitness program that incorporates functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. It is a non-contact, high intensity workout that combines aerobic power, agility and speed for a full body workout. Our certified trainers guide you through a 9-station, 30-minute workout circuit, so you can stay on track and experience results.
There are no class times! You never have to worry about running late. Just show up on your own schedule and you are ready to begin.
